Fees, loner firearms and ammunition are provided free. Pistols and rifles up to .50 cal are permitted at the range. Visit the French Range website for more information about range rules.

Getting There:

French Shooting Range is located on Fort Knox Military Base at 9333 Main Range Road, Fort Knox, KY 40121.  Click here for Fort Knox's New Firearm Policy.

To get to the range you must check in at the Visitor’s Center on Bouillon Blvd. Please bring your driver’s license, military or retired military ID (if applicable) along with current proof of vehicle registration and insurance. Click here for additional information on post entry and directions.
 

Rainbow Lake, Derby, Indiana is located at 14900 State Road 70, about 1.5 miles from Derby, Indiana.  Coming from I-64 take the exit for Tell City onto State Road 37 South, then take a left onto State Road 70, you will see the sign for the lake on the left side of the road.
